I’ve been ranting and raving about the benefits of Paleo since 2012. After doing my first 30-day Paleo Challenge, I noticed an immediate difference in my lifestyle, body, and sleeping patterns. For years, I’ve been dealing with poor digestion, a defeated immune system, and severe acne, but after going strict Paleo for 30 days straight, all of these issues were cut in half. My constant flu-like symptoms faded away, I wasn’t getting crippling stomach pain anymore, and my skin started clearing up slowly, but surely.
Turns out that the chemical properties in things like wheat and dairy were impacting my body and messing with my hormones dramatically. By excluding processed sugar, dairy, and grains from my diet (i.e. cut the crap), my body became balanced for the first time-ever. Now Paleo is coming to China. I sat down with Moka Bros to design a Paleo bowl to make clean eating accessible even in the far east.
